Some of the OLD and into the NEW...

So I realized that my last post was in October of 2009 after Amber texted me to update it! hehe Sorry about that! LOL

Let see…November brought my sister and her husband Mike to get married! The tied the knot on November 7th! I was the Matron of Honor! ALL of our family come into visit and it was a blast! Most of the month consisted of hanging out with family and friends! Other than the wedding and Thanksgiving November was pretty simple.

December was the best month by far! I got free tickets to see Little House on the Prairie at ASU Gammage. It was ok. Not the best show I have seen. I am looking forward to Marry Poppins in February the most! Hehe

THEN JESSE CAME HOME!!! He got in on Sunday afternoon the 13th! Seeing him for the first time in six months at the airport was the BEST!!! It was quite the process of waiting last minute for details of flights and all the information on when and where to get him. We had a great first couple of days! We bought a new TV for the room! We got to buy a new car!! I was so excited to finally get rid of my truck!!! We went out to dinner for my sisters birthday on the 17th and had a HUGE party for Jesse at Dustin and Ashley’s house on the 18th! Lots of friends and all the family came! It was a good time for sure! Saturday we spent most of the day hanging out with Brett. He came down for the weekend and crashed at our place. Saturday night Jesse and I went to my work Christmas dinner and then met up with Jenna and Brett at the bar around the corner from our apartment for some drinks. :0) The next morning we woke up and drove to Show Low! We had a BBQ at Bannon’s. We stayed the night hanging out by the fire and trying to finish the keg. Tried being the key term….LOL That next morning we drove home and hung out for a couple days. TJ and Amber stopped by for a night on their way to Show Low! ALWAYS a good time when we hang out with them!! 2 30 packs, beer pong, and shooting balloons down later and we were playing Yahtzee! LOL I ended up crashing early because of a headache…:0( It was NOT fun. The next morning they headed to Show Low and we headed to Tucson for Christmas at my parents house. My dad took Jesse golfing (and drinking) for the day and my mom, my little sister, and me stayed at home. They baked and I watched! We put on some old Elvis and Frankie and Annette movies and called it a day! When the boys got home we had some dinner and then crashed. Tina and Mike showed up later that night. Christmas morning my little sister came and woke me and Jesse up. Her and I went and jumped on my parents bed to wake up my dad! HEHE 23 and still doing that….why not right?! LOL We all went downstairs and got our coffee and then opened presents! Jesse got me a iTouch! LOVE IT!!! I use it all the time! I got him a video camcorder and a bike! :) After presents we went and had traditional potato pancakes! YUMMY!!! For the rest of the day we drank and played American Idol on the Wii. Enough bloody marys and mimosa’s will make you do anything!!! EVERYONE but Jesse and Mike of course was singing! The next morning we hung out then drove home. We went to my friend Hannah and Drew’s house for a get together. Our friend Molly was in town from Paris and we all just wanted to get together. PLUS they all wanted to hang out with Jesse too!! The next day we went to the Cardinals game! That was a lot of fun! Jesse’s birthday present he got to have a couple months late. :0) That Monday we went and bought a new computer and that took up most of the day. As soon as we got home we were fiddling with that for the rest of the night! The next morning we woke up and I had to take him to the airport…*tear *tear It wasn’t as hard saying goodbye the second time at all. I know he has about 3 months left. That’s NOTHING compared to the 7 I had just went through. He has his phone on and called me every time he could until he left the country.

The next couple of days were blah. New Years Eve came and I hung out with Jenna and Maeve. We chilled at their place for a while and then headed to CK’s around the corner. Celebrated the New Year there and then headed home! Jesse wrote me to go on Skype at 3am! Lucky for him I was awake but a little hammered! LOL He was laughing at me the whole time!

Since then it’s been pretty easy going. I am starting another class at Scottsdale Community College next week and tomorrow is my birthday!!!

This new year is going to bring us lots and lots of fun! I am heading to Southern Cali next weekend for my birthday to visit my family. February is Mary Poppins and I am going to Florida for 5 days! We are celebrating my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary!!! GO THEM!!! March I have nothing planned, but I think a trip to Cali is going to be in order. I want to take my bike with me and just go to San Diego for a weekend and ride around the whole time!! April Jesse comes home and we are going to start looking at buying a house!! YAY! SO excited for that!! Then May him and I are taking a 10 day vacation to Florida! Staying on the beach for three nights and then going to Key West for a day! My aunt is going to take pictures of us in her studio! So Jesse and I can have some sort of professional photos! Hehe

This year is going to be bringing lots of fun!! I am really looking forward to Jesse coming home so we can start our life together again! No more being alone!!! YAY!!!
